5. Pricing and Quotations

6. Payments

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. DriveTint reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, equipment failure, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, an alternative appointment will be offered.
 

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed appointment time, in a condition suitable for work to be carried out, and any existing damage is disclosed before work begins. DriveTint cannot be held responsible for defects, damage, or issues that existed before work commenced.
 

9. Window Tinting Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any requested tint complies with UK road traffic regulations. Where appropriate, DriveTint will advise customers regarding legal tint limits. DriveTint accepts no liability where a customer specifically requests work that may affect road legality after being advised accordingly.
 

10. Warranty

Where a warranty is provided, it covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, deliberate misuse, damage caused by third parties, improper cleaning or maintenance, or damage caused by vehicle defects. Any warranty claim must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality workmanship, DriveTint shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of earnings, loss of vehicle use, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
 

12. Website Use
